KOZŻ

The Kraków District Sailing Association (KOZŻ) is a regional sailing organization that promotes and supports sailing in Kraków and the surrounding area. It brings together 16 affiliated clubs and sailing sections, whose activities reach a range of communities, including children and young people facing social or financial challenges. The association shares information about its work, history, and the achievements of its member clubs, while supporting renewed interest in competitive sailing.

KOZŻ coordinates sailing sport and training activities carried out on behalf of the Polish Sailing Association. Its offerings include sailing courses, free workshops, and courses preparing participants for Polish Sailing Association qualifications as sailing teachers and instructors. The organization also provides information about sailing credentials and examinations, and publishes a calendar of regattas.

Through its office, KOZŻ handles administrative and technical matters, including registration inspections for yachts, equipment assessments, and the issuing of registration documents. Its website also provides details about affiliated clubs, the association’s leadership and statutes, Kraków’s sailing history, and its annual sailing voyage recognition.
