KP Performance Horses

KP Performance Horses is a horse training and riding instruction business based in Brentwood, California, founded by Kate. Drawing on experience across dressage, hunter/jumper, barrel racing, and cutting, Kate offers training for riders seeking to develop their skills and for owners interested in building a well-rounded horse or focusing on a particular discipline.

The business provides comprehensive, educational riding lessons designed to give students hands-on experience with horses and help them grow into capable riders. Lessons emphasize communication with horses and the development of a personal connection, with opportunities to attend competitions when riders are ready and interested. KP Performance Horses also offers horse training, special events, and birthday celebrations.

Kate’s background includes years of learning from experienced trainers and competing in barrel racing, where she and her mare earned awards. The business’s mission is to make each rider’s success a priority while supporting learning and confidence around horses. Its website also features educational materials for children in grades K–4, including horse-themed activities and worksheets.
