KPSIAJ, founded in 1892, is a community organization representing over 50,000 members in Pakistan and abroad. It was established by the Sindhi Khojas, a community originating from Kutch, India, who migrated 300-400 years ago due to a drought. Initially following the Ismaili school of thought, they later embraced the Isna Asheri faith and established their own Jamaat.

Initially focused on funeral services, marriage legislation, and family relations, the organization has evolved to prioritize large-scale social projects. It now runs the Fatimiyah Education Network with schools, colleges, and graduate-level programs, as well as Fatimiyah Hospital, benefitting not just the Khoja community, but also Karachi at large. The organization has achieved various milestones, including being a PCP Certified NPO and an ACCA Approved Employer.

With a rich history and a commitment to serving the community, KPSIAJ stands as a progressive and impactful organization, making a meaningful difference in the lives of many.
