Kr8 van aandacht

Kr8 van aandacht is the coaching practice of Cintha Stiekema, a social entrepreneur and youth and parenting coach based on Texel. With local knowledge and a personal, caring approach, Cintha coaches and supports young people and their parents, with a focus on preventive youth support. Her work centres on giving people attention, recognising their strengths and helping them take steps towards personal development and their own goals. Rather than taking over, she aims to help clients discover what works for them and build confidence through a shared process.

Cintha draws on her professional coaching education, personal experience and continuing learning. She holds an ICM Professional Coach diploma, described as accredited by NOBCO and carrying the St!R quality mark. Through Kr8 van aandacht, she shares her knowledge and experience to encourage people to create positive change in their lives. Beyond coaching, she supports a Texel foster family and can provide a crisis bed for other local children when needed.
