Care focuses on practical support with newborn care, clear information, answers to questions, and a calm home environment, giving the mother space to recover after pregnancy, childbirth, or a caesarean and helping the family adjust together.

The caregiver follows the household’s rhythm and works in consultation with parents, who remain in control of decisions. Families can expect one familiar caregiver during the maternity period, except in unforeseen circumstances, and an intake meeting between weeks 28 and 32 of pregnancy. The caregiver can also attend a home birth.
