Krachtigbrein Kindercoaching

Krachtigbrein Kindercoaching is an Apeldoorn-based practice offering psychomotor coaching to support children’s development and wellbeing. Founded by experienced primary-school teachers Sharon Bouwmeester and Susanne Linthorst, the practice combines their educational backgrounds with specialist training in child coaching and reflex integration. Its approach uses movement, play and tailored exercises rather than relying on conversation alone, helping children recognise feelings, release tension, build confidence and develop social, emotional and motor skills.

Services include personalised coaching programmes, visual screening to assess eye coordination and focusing in relation to possible reading difficulties, and reflex integration exercises for children with active primary reflexes. Coaching may support challenges such as concentration, reading, restlessness, strong emotions, low self-esteem and motor skills. Each programme begins with a no-obligation telephone introduction, followed by a plan developed together with the family; a screening may then be arranged. Krachtigbrein also offers workshops, including sessions for schools. The practice aims to provide a safe, individualised setting where children can grow in balance and confidence.
