Kraftkoerper

Schürkötter, based in Nottuln and serving the Münsterland as well as clients online. Its work focuses on helping men with responsibility improve their strength, energy, clarity, and focus through practical, individual support. Drawing on nearly 20 years of familiarity with demanding work and high-pressure routines, Schürkötter offers coaching that connects physical training with broader personal performance.

The brand provides three main services. MK³ Coaching is one-to-one performance coaching for leaders, self-employed professionals, and business owners who feel their health, energy, or concentration is falling behind their responsibilities. Corporate Performance helps businesses assess needs and choose appropriate measures, including a Performance Navigator and team workshops, rather than relying on generic initiatives. MannFit is an in-person men’s course in Nottuln and the surrounding area, offering strength, mobility, and endurance training without gym-style posturing or pressure to perform.

Training is available in person across Nottuln, Dülmen, Münster, and Coesfeld, as well as online.
