Kraftquelle Trauer

Kraftquelle Trauer is a grief-coaching and bereavement-support practice founded by Andrea, who draws on her own experience of losing her husband. The practice helps people navigate life after the death of someone they love, with the aim of reconnecting with themselves and shaping a free, self-directed future. Its approach views grief not only as pain, but also as a potential source of insight, creativity, and personal strength.

Andrea offers individually tailored coaching through a five-phase process. Clients identify their starting point and future vision, reconsider the rules and boundaries guiding their lives, learn to use grief as a resource, take initial steps toward greater visibility, and prepare to move forward with confidence. The process is designed to help clients recognize their needs, develop a clearer direction, and take practical steps at their own pace.

Kraftquelle Trauer also offers a free introductory conversation for those considering support. Interested individuals can book an appointment or contact Andrea by email. The practice is based in Eyendorf, Germany.
