KRATEQ is a technology company that designs and develops software and artificial intelligence solutions to automate decisions and help teams work more effectively. Its approach centers on solving real problems with precise technology, applying AI responsibly and measuring its impact. The company aims to serve as a technology partner for businesses seeking to grow with artificial intelligence, guided by technical rigor, transparency, and a focus on client outcomes.

Its current offering includes Parse, an HR technology product that evaluates résumés against job descriptions. Using large language models such as Claude and Gemini, Parse provides a match score from 0 to 100, a breakdown by evaluation criterion, and an explanation of the results. KRATEQ also lists a BYOC Platform as coming soon. Designed to run in a customer’s own AWS account, it is intended to provide a control plane for training and deploying AI models, with cost guardrails and local support.
