KravDef

KravDef – stay safe is a self-defence training provider based in Bocholt, serving the surrounding area, including Borken. Founded by local instructor David Beyering, the organisation offers training built primarily on Israeli Krav Maga and English Urban Combatives. Its approach centres on tactical self-protection and practical strategies for different phases of conflict, with an emphasis on awareness, de-escalation, escape where possible, and effective responses when avoidance is not an option.

KravDef welcomes beginners and invites prospective students to attend a trial session. The website highlights flexible payment arrangements, individual support, an approachable training atmosphere, and a central Bocholt location. Sessions aim to be realistic and dynamic while maintaining safety, and may incorporate varied scenarios and elevated stress levels. The organisation also presents training options for women and young people, alongside its regular Krav Maga offering.

In addition to classes, KravDef shares articles and resources about training, tactics, instructor selection, self-defence law, and personal safety.
