Krav Maga Defensio

Krav Maga Defensio is a self-defense and training provider based in Gütersloh, Germany, offering practical, reality-based instruction for children, teenagers, and adults. Its approach focuses on preparing participants for challenging situations through effective techniques, fitness exercises, and confidence-building practice rather than competitive sport. The program includes general Krav Maga classes, courses for children and juniors aged 6 to 16, and sessions for “Little Wolves” aged 2 to 5, where motor skills are a key focus.

Training is designed for beginners and people with different fitness levels; no prior experience is required. Alongside self-defense skills, classes aim to develop awareness, resilience, physical strength, and a positive mindset. The school emphasizes intensive training, mutual respect, personal growth, and a welcoming, family-oriented community.

Prospective students can arrange a free, no-obligation trial session to experience the training and facilities. Krav Maga Defensio also provides seminars, published prices and training schedules, and direct contact options for people interested in joining
