Krav Maga Faktory

Krav Maga Faktory is a Czech self-defence organisation offering regular training for children, juniors, and adults, as well as women-only classes, individual lessons, and seminars for companies. Its courses teach Krav Maga, a system of close-combat self-defence techniques based on natural human reactions. Participants can join at any time, regardless of age, gender, or physical fitness.

Children’s and junior classes use an engaging approach to teach prevention, awareness of danger, and ways to handle difficult situations. Adult sessions for men and women cover self-defence against armed and unarmed attacks, scenario-based practice, tactical and mental preparation, and physical conditioning. Women-only training focuses on personal safety, prevention, techniques tailored to women, and fitness. The organisation also offers Panantukan, a Filipino boxing class.

Krav Maga Faktory runs classes at several locations around Prague, including Hostivice, Dolní Břežany, Horní Počernice, Barrandov, and Nusle, with schedules varying by age group and venue. Prospective students are invited to try a training session free of charge, and classes can be started throughout the year.
