Krav maga Praesidium

Krav Maga Praesidium is a self-defence and resilience training school based in The Hague, Netherlands. It offers Krav Maga classes for children, adults and businesses, with schedules for each group, as well as coaching and free introductory trial lessons. The school presents Krav Maga as accessible to people with different backgrounds and experience levels, combining physical techniques with mental preparedness, confidence and situational awareness.

Training uses realistic scenarios, including unarmed attacks, grabs, multiple attackers and threats involving weapons such as knives, sticks or firearms. Students learn to recognize and avoid danger, de-escalate situations, prioritize escape and, when necessary, respond effectively to protect themselves or others. The program also emphasizes staying calm, setting boundaries and communicating clearly.

Krav Maga Praesidium is led by instructors Mike and André, whose professional experience informs their focus on risk awareness and goal-oriented training. The school describes its classes as challenging but supportive, respecting each student’s personal goals and experiences.
