KRAV MAGA

Krav Maga Sangerhausen is a training center offering professional self-defense and fitness instruction for people of different ages and experience levels. Its programs include Krav Maga classes for adults and children, with dedicated junior and “Mini Gladiators” training that introduces young participants to the system and helps them learn to handle challenging situations. The center also provides kickboxing for recreational practice or competition, taught under professional guidance and open to younger and older participants.

For individuals seeking more focused support, personal training is available in Krav Maga or fitness, alongside an introductory Krav Maga ticket. Additional options include three-month prevention and de-escalation training, anti-bullying crash courses for children and young people, and special seminars. The center also delivers security and operational training for public authorities, fire services, emergency responders, the THW, municipal enforcement teams, and police units. This training addresses demanding situations, including work under stress, and can incorporate Krav Maga. Krav Maga Sangerhausen aims to provide practical self-defense training for both adults and children.
