Krav Maga

United Krav Maga Białystok is a self-defence training organisation serving children, young people and adults in Białystok and nearby towns. The organisation says its roots in Poland date to 1994, while its Białystok activities began in 2004. It is part of the United Krav Maga World Organisation and offers instruction in the Israeli self-defence system, with classes for beginners and more experienced students.

Its programmes include age-appropriate Krav Maga for children and teenagers, adult training, and classes designed around women’s self-defence needs. Sessions develop practical responses to threats alongside fitness, coordination, confidence and discipline. The organisation also runs specialist courses, including City Extreme, security techniques, military tactics, knife-related training, shooting, close protection, counter-terrorism and stress reduction. Some specialist programmes are intended for current students or uniformed services.

United Krav Maga Białystok also provides training for uniformed personnel and other professional groups. Classes are offered at two Białystok locations, with regional sections in towns including Mońki, Zambrów, Sokółka and Grajewo. The organisation invites newcomers to book a first session.
