Krav Maga Meurthe-et-Moselle is a self-defence club based in Réhon, serving the Longwy area. Established in 2005, it describes itself as the region’s only club teaching authentic FEKM Krav Maga. Its approach emphasizes simplicity, speed and effectiveness, with courses available to students aged 15 and older.

Training covers two main areas. Self-defence instruction teaches responses to a range of armed and unarmed attacks, including techniques for different positions such as standing, sitting and lying down. More advanced classes focus on close-combat skills, including tactics, feints, combinations of attacks and the psychological demands of confrontation. The club presents Krav Maga as practical self-defence and also explains the legal principles governing legitimate defence in France.

Classes take place at the C.O.S.E.C. in Réhon, at 11 Rue Jean Feuillette. Prospective students can contact the club by telephone or email to enquire about joining. Krav Maga Meurthe-et-Moselle provides instruction through the FEKM-RD framework and offers information about its programmes, belt levels and required equipment.
