Krav Maga Silesia

Krav Maga Silesia is a self-defence and hand-to-hand training club based in Katowice, serving people across the Silesian region. The club teaches Krav Maga Global, a practical system focused on responding to real-world threats and developing effective self-defence skills. Training is open to adults and young people of different ages and abilities, with instruction adapted to participants’ needs. Group classes are held in small groups, while individual sessions are limited to four participants for more personalised coaching. A first group training session is free.

The club also organises workshops and seminars on topics such as standing and ground fighting, defence against armed attackers, and protecting others. Seasonal training camps offer several days of outdoor practice, with approximately six to eight hours of training each day. Krav Maga Silesia provides specialist courses for uniformed services and self-defence workshops for companies and organisations. Its instructors hold international Krav Maga qualifications and regularly attend training in Poland and abroad to update their knowledge.
