Krav Maga System CZ

Krav Maga System is a self-defense training organization focused on helping people learn practical ways to protect themselves, regardless of age or physical fitness. Its programs are designed for both children and adults, with options suited to different needs and settings. Participants can join group classes, arrange private lessons, or explore training offered in schools and children’s organizations. The organization also provides Krav Maga sessions for companies and clubs, extending its instruction to workplace and community groups.

Alongside self-defense training, Krav Maga System runs Mladý dobrodruh, an adventure club for young people. Its activities include a nature survival course for young adventurers and a family outing, bringing participants together beyond regular training. Classes are available in Liberec and Turnov, with other locations also listed; prospective students can contact the organization if their area is not covered. The website provides information about the team, Krav Maga, training locations, events, and articles, and invites visitors to register for a trial lesson or subscribe to updates.
