Kreative Kidz Agency is a Maryland-based concierge childcare placement agency providing flexible, on-site care for families. Its mission is to help parents balance family life with work and personal commitments by making dependable childcare easier to arrange. The agency matches families with college-educated babysitters selected for their professionalism, warmth, and compatibility with each family’s parenting style and children’s personalities.

Caregivers are screened through background checks, drug testing, and reference verification, and are CPR-certified, with pediatric first-aid training. Services include babysitting in private residences, short-term and last-minute care, regular support, and babysitting at hotels and Airbnbs. The agency also arranges childcare for weddings, galas, corporate functions, and sporting events. Families can request care with as little as one hour’s notice, and the agency offers continued support and assistance with schedule changes. Kreative Kidz Agency emphasizes responsive service, confidentiality, and consistent sitter matches; it reports that 90% of families are matched with the same sitter. Its service area and focus are centered on modern Maryland families.
