a Kreatív Formák

Kreatív Formák Alapítvány is a Hungarian public-benefit organization established in November 2007 to improve the quality of life of people facing disadvantage. Its work focuses on supporting people with visual impairments through elementary rehabilitation, helping them build the skills and confidence needed for safer, more independent daily living. The foundation serves the South Great Plain region, with a rehabilitation center in Szeged and service points in Békéscsaba and Kecskemét.

Its individualized services include functional vision assessments and vision training; orientation and mobility instruction, including long white-cane use; training in everyday activities and assistive devices; accessible reading and writing; computer, smartphone, and adapted typing instruction; social work and case management; and psychological counseling. Staff also introduce optical aids suited to a person’s eye condition and help clients navigate support services. Rehabilitation goals and sessions are agreed with each client after an assessment, and assistance may be provided at the centers or, when requested, at home.
