Kreisanglerverband Finsterwalde

Kreisanglerverband Finsterwalde e.V. is a membership association representing anglers in the Finsterwalde area. Its work focuses on maintaining and creating opportunities for responsible, conservation-minded fishing, while protecting nature, caring for local waters and managing fish stocks in line with animal and species protection. More than 900 anglers belong to the association through 17 clubs, which support an active community and a varied programme of club life.

The association provides information and practical resources for people who fish or want to get started. Its website offers guidance on purchasing fishing permits, obtaining a fishing licence and taking the angling examination, as well as a directory of fishing waters and details of member clubs. Visitors can also find relevant laws and regulations, the association’s statutes, information about the local fisheries authority and contacts for the board.

Kreisanglerverband Finsterwalde invites anglers to enjoy its waters and surrounding natural landscapes, including forest lakes and rivers.
