Kribkesrouteliempde

Kribkesroute Liempde is a community Christmas event that invites visitors to explore Liempde on foot and discover festive nativity scenes, known locally as “kribkes.” Described as one of the Netherlands’ largest and most welcoming Christmas-stall routes, the event features hundreds of displays spread across homes and other locations throughout the village. The routes cross in Liempde’s centre, and each route begins and ends at the same place, giving visitors flexibility to choose their starting point and walking time.

Admission is free, and tickets do not need to be reserved. Visitors can park at several locations in Liempde, with routes also starting from those areas. The village offers places to eat and drink along the way. The programme may include related activities such as a youth puzzle hunt, special displays and rides on the Kribkes Express, including evening journeys; some activities may require a ticket or follow scheduled times. Kribkesroute Liempde shares route information, event news, an agenda, visitor impressions and details about sponsors through its website.
