Kris Landers Foundation

The Kris Landers Foundation, established in 2020, honors the legacy of Kris Landers, a beloved figure in the Oldham County community. A dedicated educator and enthusiastic supporter of Oldham County High School (OCHS) sports for nearly three decades, Kris was deeply committed to both his local school and community, exemplifying leadership and humanity. Known for his motivational presence on the sidelines of OCHS football and basketball games, he left an indelible mark on generations of athletes and coaches.

The foundation not only commemorates Kris's contributions by naming the OCHS athletic stadium Bell Field at Kris Landers Stadium but also empowers the next generation through scholarships. Each year, the foundation awards scholarships to deserving students from all public high schools in Oldham County, ensuring Kris's spirit of mentorship continues.
