Krißmer Architektur & Baumanagement GmbH

Krißmer Architektur & Baumanagement GmbH is an architecture and construction management practice based in Tarrenz, Tirol, Austria. Led by architect Matthias Krißmer and civil engineer and master builder Lukas Krißmer, the firm helps clients turn building ideas into practical, well-planned projects. Its approach begins by clarifying a site’s or existing building’s potential, relevant technical and building-law requirements, and an initial estimate of likely costs before detailed planning starts.

The practice supports projects from early feasibility assessments through design, planning approval, tendering, construction supervision, and handover. Its services include architectural and interior design, surveys and existing-building documentation, execution and detail planning, authority procedures, construction coordination, and site supervision. The firm’s experience spans hotel and tourism projects, alpine hut renovations and extensions, private homes, swimming pools, offices, and commercial and industrial buildings. Examples include planning a hotel wellness conversion, adding a garage and homes to an existing bungalow, and coordinating the division of a business property into office, workshop, and retail spaces.
