KRIVICA.RS is an attempt that through the form of a web portal to bring closer to the general lay public not only the area of criminal law and protection of human rights in general, but also to influence the formation of a correct and accurate idea of the importance of criminal law in society, how the criminal law treats an individual, what are the personal rights of an individual whether in a particular case is on one or another "side" of the law, how to protect and exercise these rights, what is the significance and actual activity of lawyers practicing criminal law, what is the content and importance of basic criminal law concepts, how the criminal law system of the Republic of Serbia works, what in our opinion is good in the practice of police, prosecutors and courts, and what we consider not so desirable practice. KRIVICA.RS predstavlja pokušaj da se kroz formu veb portala široj laičkoj javnost približi ne samo oblast krivičnog prava i zaštite ljudskih prava uopšte, već i da se utiče na formiranje pravilne i tačne predstave o značaju krivičnog prava u društvu, o tome kako krivično pravo tretira pojedinca, koja su lična prava pojedinca bilo da se u konkretnom slučaju nalazi sa jedne ili druge „strane“ zakona, kako da pojedinac ta svoja prava zaštiti i ostvari, kakav je značaj i stvarna delatnost advokata koji se bave krivičnim pravom, kakva je sadržina i značaj osnovnih krivično pravnih pojmova, kako funkcioniše krivično-pravni sistem Republike Srbije, šta je po našem mišljenju dobro u praksi policije, tužilaštava i sudova, a šta smatramo ne tako poželjnom praksom.
