Kronotsky State Nature Biosphere Reserve is a Russian federal institution responsible for protecting three specially protected natural areas in Kamchatka: Kronotsky Nature Reserve, Koryaksky Nature Reserve, and the T. I. Shpilenok South Kamchatka Federal Sanctuary. Its work combines conservation of natural ecosystems with scientific research, environmental education, and training in nature protection. The organization also carries out inspection and enforcement activities across its territories.

Visitors can explore information about the reserves, apply to visit, and find tours and excursions, including guided experiences to notable natural sites. These include the Valley of Geysers, the Uzón volcanic caldera, Kronotsky Volcano, the Kipeliye thermal springs, and a rare grove of graceful fir. The institution provides virtual tours, photographs, videos, maps, books, guides, and educational materials about Kamchatka. It also offers opportunities to volunteer in person or remotely, supports local learning initiatives, and invites donations and partnership projects. Through conservation, research, visitor services, and public outreach, Kronotsky helps people discover Kamchatka’s distinctive landscapes and wildlife while promoting their protection.
