KS AUTOGLAS

KS AUTOGLAS is a German automotive glass repair and replacement network operated by KS Partnersystem GmbH. With approximately 800 partner locations nationwide, it helps drivers find a nearby workshop and arrange service at a convenient time. Its offerings include stone-chip repairs, windscreen and other vehicle-glass replacement, and calibration of cameras and driver-assistance systems. Customers can also use a replacement car during glass replacement, subject to the service described by the network.

KS AUTOGLAS works with nearly all insurers and supports customers with claims processing, so policyholders do not have to pay costs upfront, according to the company. For many customers with comprehensive or partial coverage, eligible stone-chip repairs may be covered by insurance. The company says repairs are assessed first to determine whether they can be completed safely and avoid replacing the glass. It uses glass in original-equipment quality and materials from certified manufacturers. KS AUTOGLAS states that its processes are TÜV SÜD-certified to ISO 9001:2015 and offers a 30-year guarantee on product watertightness and a 10-year guarantee on stone-chip repairs.
