KSC-Burgdorf

Kampfsport-Center Burgdorf (KSC-Burgdorf) is a martial arts and training center located near the railway station in Burgdorf, Switzerland. It offers light-contact kickboxing for young people aged 10 and over and adults aged 16 and over, with training levels adapted to participants’ abilities and physical development. The center does not teach full-contact disciplines, citing its approach to sport and concerns about injury risks for amateur athletes.

Its programs also include children’s and youth training, a weekly school-sport kickboxing option for Burgdorf pupils, and dedicated women’s training. KSC-Burgdorf hosts the Krav Maga Self Protection Center Burgdorf, led by instructor Daniel Kämpfer, where participants can learn practical self-defense. Other listed services include combined strength and martial arts training, personal coaching, private lessons, and solutions for companies.

Members can also benefit from discounts and combination offers through the center’s collaboration with Central Gym Burgdorf. KSC-Burgdorf’s equipped 85-square-metre training space is available to rent, with mats, punching bags, training equipment, changing facilities, showers, and storage
