Karl Schlecht Stiftung

The Karl Schlecht Foundation is a charitable foundation dedicated to “Good Leadership” and the role of humanistic values in business and society. Its central aim is to encourage responsible, values-based leadership by supporting the personal development of young people and emerging leaders. Rather than selling products, the foundation provides funding and practical support to projects and institutions working across five areas: ethics, leadership, entrepreneurship, culture and technology.

Its initiatives include educational programs, workshops, seminars, scholarships, school projects and research. Examples include programs that help young people build self-awareness and leadership skills, entrepreneurship education for students, and projects promoting ethical reflection and civic values. The foundation also supports cultural and technical learning, including the FILUM music school in Filderstadt and initiatives that connect education with technology.
