Karl Schlecht Stiftung is a charitable foundation dedicated to “Good Leadership,” with the aim of improving leadership in business and society through humanistic values. It supports the holistic, values-based personal development of young people and aspiring leaders, seeking to nurture talent and strengthen leadership excellence in business. Its work spans five areas: ethics, leadership, entrepreneurship, culture and technology.

The foundation supports impact-oriented projects and institutions through project and institutional funding, as well as workshops, seminars, scholarships, school programs and other educational initiatives. Its portfolio includes programs in ethical and democratic education, leadership development, startup skills, cultural learning and technical education.
