KSON

Karkonoski Sejmik Osób Niepełnosprawnych (KSON) is a nonprofit association that has supported people with disabilities for more than 20 years. It advocates for their rights in administrative and public matters, promotes inclusion, and works to remove barriers to participation in social and professional life. Its programs serve children, young people, adults, and seniors, offering practical support as well as opportunities for personal and professional development.

Through its Information and Support Centre, KSON provides free legal advice, social assistance, and psychological support, available by telephone or in person by appointment. The association also helps people build skills, plan careers, and find work through training courses, workshops, and paid internships. Its projects aim to strengthen employment and social participation, improve health and quality of life, and increase safety. KSON organizes events and works with individuals and local communities across Poland.
