The Kay Turpin Animal Rescue Fund (KTARF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping animals in need and continuing the legacy of Kay Turpin. Kay served for 11 years as an Animal Control Officer in Lebanon, Marion County, Kentucky. Inspired by her commitment, the fund supports rescue animals and works to improve their chances of receiving care and finding homes.
KTARF provides assistance with medical needs and promotes spaying and neutering as part of its animal welfare mission. Its work also includes fostering and placement, helping animals receive temporary care and connect with homes. The organization aims to deliver vital services to animals in need and make a positive difference in the community, one animal at a time.
Community support is central to this mission, and KTARF invites people to join its efforts on behalf of animals. Its website provides a blog and frequently asked questions, as well as a link to the organization’s Facebook page, where supporters can learn more and follow its work.
