KTP Maureen Klomberg

Kindertherapeutische Praktijk Maureen Klomberg is a child and play therapy practice in Hilvarenbeek, the Netherlands, offering support to children, young people, parents and caregivers. The practice helps families address concerns about children’s behaviour and social or emotional development, and also offers adults insight into emotional difficulties through family constellation work.

Play therapy is available for children and young adults aged 3 to 18. Using play, imagery and movement in play scenes, the therapist helps clients express concerns that may be difficult to discuss. A brief assessment can inform a treatment plan developed, when needed, with parents or caregivers. Therapy is generally scheduled every two weeks and is limited to around eight to ten sessions. Services also include parent guidance, feedback to schools or other involved professionals, social skills training, lectures and workshops.

Support may be relevant for anxiety, low self-esteem, behavioural difficulties, bullying, grief, trauma, psychosomatic complaints, social challenges or delayed emotional development.
