The Unified Remote Doctor Appointment System is an online public healthcare service presented by the Ministry of Health of Krasnodar Krai. It helps residents arrange medical appointments and check doctors’ working schedules without visiting a clinic or making arrangements in person. Users can access the service through its website, including an option to sign in via Russia’s Gosuslugi public services portal. The site also provides information about waiting lists, personal account features, and how to book an appointment through Gosuslugi, supported by answers to frequently asked questions and a video guide.

Visitors can find connected medical institutions in a directory or on an interactive map, and use the “Find your local district” feature. The portal publishes service notices and updates, including information about temporary outages, and links to related healthcare resources and government organizations. Operated in connection with the regional health ministry, the system serves as a practical digital access point for appointment booking and healthcare facility information across Krasnodar Krai.
