Rescueyhdistys Kulkurit ry työskentelee kaduilla asuvien, kodittomien koira- ja -kissapopulaatioiden vähenemiseksi sekä olemassa olevien eläinten olojen ja kohtelun parantamiseksi muun muassa sterilointiprojektein ja eläinten adoptoinneilla.
