Kultakiertue is a Finnish gold-buying service that brings professional jewellery and precious-metal assessments closer to customers. Its experts travel around Finland in a specially equipped motorhome, making scheduled stops where people can have gold items assessed and, if they choose, sell them. Customers can also arrange a visit to a location of their choice or use Gold Adam’s fixed purchasing points in Helsinki.

The company offers free, no-obligation assessments and explains how an item’s value is determined by its weight, purity and the current market price. It buys gold in many forms, including jewellery, coins, bars, medals and even damaged or broken pieces. It also assesses and buys hallmarked silver when customers are selling gold, including silver jewellery, cutlery and coins; silver is not purchased on its own. For gemstone jewellery, staff can remove the stones so customers may keep them.

Appointments are recommended, and transactions are conducted privately in the motorhome. When a customer agrees to sell, payment is made by bank transfer within five business days.
