Kuna Kung Fu

Kuna Kung Fu is a veteran-owned martial arts school in Kuna, Idaho, offering traditional Hung Ga Kung Fu in a welcoming, family-oriented setting. As a local branch of the Yee’s Hung Ga International Kung Fu Association, the school teaches a comprehensive system that develops physical fitness, self-defense skills, focus, discipline, and self-mastery. Classes are available for children, teens, and adults, with a curriculum that combines demanding physical training with study of the techniques and their practical purpose.

Programs include traditional Kung Fu, private lessons, women’s self-defense, Qigong, Tai Chi, meditation, lion dance, weapons and advanced training, and health seminars. Students can work on strength, flexibility, cardio fitness, confidence, body awareness, and mental clarity while learning about the cultural traditions behind the art. The school also offers a supportive environment where students can progress at their own pace and train as part of a Kung Fu community. Led by Sifu Kyle Wooten, Kuna Kung Fu welcomes newcomers and offers a free first class.
