Kunashe Foundation is a non-profit and non-political organization dedicated to the development and inclusion of women and young people in Southern Africa. Founded in 2018 after a personal tragedy, the foundation is driven by the desire to support young women and empower them to reach their full potential. They believe that young people, who make up a significant proportion of the population, are often marginalized and uninformed, leading to poor development outcomes and a less than bright future.

Led by a team of passionate individuals, including founder Ratidzo Njagu, Kunashe Foundation is operational in Zimbabwe and has plans to expand regionally. Their goal is simple — to advance the socio-economic development and well-being of women and young people one life at a time.
