Kunaymana

Kunaymana is a multidisciplinary team in Peru that helps organizations, schools, individuals, and families create more accessible, inclusive, and respectful environments. Drawing on more than nine years of experience, the brand supports neurodivergent people and people with disabilities through a neuroaffirmative approach that respects differences in how people think, communicate, learn, and participate.

For organizations and educational institutions, Kunaymana offers training, workshops, talks, consultations, institutional assessments, and guidance on universal design and inclusive practices. Its work helps teams review policies, teaching methods, workplace processes, and organizational culture, then identify practical opportunities for improvement.

For families, children, adolescents, and adults, services include family psychoeducation, learning and attention support, executive-function strategies, and guidance on educational and workplace accommodations. The team also supports the implementation of augmentative and alternative communication systems. For students, it helps develop adjustments to school environments, assessment, timing, and learning demands. Kunaymana aims to provide compassionate, trauma-informed support that strengthens autonomy, communication, well-being, and participation at home, in school, and at work.
