Kung Fu in Gerlingen

Weng Chun Kung Fu Gerlingen is a martial arts school serving Gerlingen and the surrounding area, operated by SüdWest Kampfkunst GmbH. It teaches Weng Chun Kung Fu, a discipline described by the school as originating in the southern Shaolin temples. Training covers a broad range of fighting distances and techniques, including long staff and double knives, kicks, punches, throws, locks, choking techniques and ground combat. The school presents its approach as a way to develop practical self-defense alongside fitness and health, with training adapted to different abilities and fitness levels.
