Kung Fu „Pak Mei

Pak Mei Kung Fu Saarland is a martial arts and self-defence school based in Wallerfangen, offering instruction in Pak Mei, a Chinese kung fu style also known as White Eyebrow Kung Fu. The school introduces students to a system focused on speed, efficiency and explosive power at close range, with techniques that include strikes, kicks, knee and elbow attacks, and the use of palms and fingers. Training also emphasizes posture, breathing, coordination and mental focus.

Students can learn through weekly in-person classes, online and distance-learning options, seminars and workshops, or private lessons tailored to individual goals. The school’s regular class takes place on Mondays from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. at Wallerfingia in Wallerfangen. A free trial session is available for prospective students.

Pak Mei Kung Fu Saarland aims to pass on the style taught by Sifu Jonathan Barbary and help preserve it. Its wider vision is to build an inspiring kung fu community that supports ongoing physical and mental development.
