Kuonan Metsästysseura is a hunting and wildlife-management association based in Haapajärvi, Finland. Founded in 1961, it has about 180 members and manages approximately 12,000 hectares of hunting grounds across the areas of Haapajärvi and Pyhäjärvi. Its main activities include moose hunting, hunting grouse and other game birds, and hare hunting.

The association is also active in controlling fur-bearing predators, including foxes, raccoon dogs, and martens, and in caring for local wildlife. Recent conservation work includes improving Ahveroinen Pond as a habitat for waterfowl and a place for recreation; members have also planted and fed pheasants over several years. The association welcomes eligible local residents and landowners who lease hunting grounds to it and who pursue hunting and wildlife management responsibly.

Its facilities include a moose processing and skinning building, completed in 2004, and a hunting shelter available to members and villagers. The association’s website shares information on events, governance, hunting regulations, maps, minutes, harvest statistics, kennel activities, and guest permits
