ТОО «Объединенная химическая компания»). В целях реализации проекта «Строительство объектов инфраструктуры специальной экономической зоны «Национальный индустриальный нефтехимический технопарк» в Атырауской области ТОО «Karabatan Utility Solutions» определено оператором по возведению объектов производственной и общезаводской инфраструктуры СЭЗ «НИНТ». В 2018 году ТОО «Karabatan Utility Solutions» передано в доверительное управление АО «Samruk–Kazyna Constructions». С 2020 года предприятие вышло на операционную фазу и полностью находится в режиме самоокупаемости.
