Kushido

Kushido Schweiz is a martial arts school teaching a contemporary approach to traditional Asian disciplines. Its practice, called Kushido, is based on Goju-Ryu Karate-Do and incorporates elements of Aikido and Kendo. The school offers training in Karate-Do, including kata, kumite and drills, as well as Kobudo, the study of traditional weapons such as the staff and nunchaku. Its programs also include Tai Chi Quan and Qi Gong.
