KUZKA

The North Anatolia Development Agency (KUZKA) is a public institution established under Law No. 5449 and coordinated by Turkey’s Ministry of Development. It serves the TR82 region, comprising Kastamonu, Çankırı and Sinop, and works to support regional development and strengthen local economic opportunities.

KUZKA provides financial and technical assistance for eligible projects, with programs covering areas such as social entrepreneurship, tourism development, agricultural productivity, value creation and competitiveness in key sectors. Its technical support includes guidance for applicants preparing projects and completing application procedures. The agency also offers investment advisory services, information on investment incentives, and materials to promote the region’s investment environment.

Its planning and research work includes regional plans, sectoral reports, district analyses and studies of regional opportunities and challenges. KUZKA also supports tourism and destination development, promotes local products and geographical indications, and shares information about the region’s industries, resources and visitor destinations. Through reports, publications, events and public announcements, the agency connects businesses, project applicants, investors and communities with development initiatives across Kastamonu, Çankırı and Sinop.
