Kvamsgrind AS is a youth treatment provider based in Trondheim, Norway, offering a holistic program for young people aged 13 to 18 who face significant substance-use challenges. Placement is arranged through a referral from the child welfare service, which assesses needs and may refer through Bufetat.

Kvamsgrind accepts placements under specified provisions of Norway’s Child Welfare Act when the institution is considered suitable
