Kvarnamåla

Kvarnamåla Auktioner AB is a family-led auction house in Kvarnamåla, near Väckelsång, Sweden. Its auction tradition began with a first sale in May 1988, following the business’s founding in 1987 by Jan-Olof Liew and Kenth Olofsson. Today, brothers Mattias and Fredrik Liew lead the company, serving collectors and auction enthusiasts.

The auction house holds sales on selected Sundays, with items available for viewing beforehand and bids accepted in advance. It also provides transport and consignment services for sellers, sorting submitted objects and managing their sale. A commission of 18 percent is charged on the final selling price. Around three weeks after an auction, consignors receive an itemised sales statement and payment by bank transfer.

Kvarnamåla Auktioner also organises on-site farm auctions when there are enough lots and suitable parking. Visitors attending sales can enjoy food and refreshments served outside the auction hall. Located along national road 27 between Växjö and Ronneby, the auction house shares updates and images of recent sales through its gallery and Instagram.
