Karnevalsverein Kordel 1980 e. V. is a community carnival association based in Kordel, Germany, dedicated to celebrating and sustaining local carnival traditions.
Founded in 1980, the club brings residents together for a lively programme of events throughout the carnival season and beyond. Its annual activities include children’s and seniors’ gatherings, a men’s carnival session, and the association’s “Fosichtssitzungen,” alongside a carnival parade, Narrenball and the traditional closing ceremony known as the Fosichtsbeerdigung.
