KWPN

The Koninklijk Warmbloed Paardenstamboek Nederland (KWPN) is a Dutch horse studbook and equestrian organization serving breeders, owners, riders, and horse enthusiasts. It supports the development and registration of KWPN horses, with breeding directions that include dressage, jumping, harness, and the Gelder horse, alongside information on eventing, driving, and other horse types. Its services cover foal registration, passports, identification and registration, ownership changes, and guidance on horse health, welfare, and breeding.

KWPN organizes stallion selection, mare and foal inspections, performance tests, and competitions, and publishes sport results and breeding information. Members and visitors can use the KWPN horse database to research horses and pedigrees, follow news and events, and access video and magazine content. The organization also operates horse auctions and a horses-for-sale platform, helping buyers and sellers connect. Other offerings include a webshop, advertising opportunities, educational resources, and events such as the KWPN Stallion Show. Through membership, KWPN provides access to a network of breeders and horse lovers, along with publications, media, and participation in activities.
