Kyokushin World Union (KWU) is an internationally recognized non-profit organization uniting Kyokushin practitioners worldwide. With the motto "Time to be United," KWU aims to promote cooperation, friendship, and joint work among different organizations to return to a united Kyokushin as envisioned by Great Master Masutatsu Oyama. KWU is committed to rejecting discrimination and prejudice, encouraging participation in competitions regardless of nationality, gender, or religion, in line with Kyokushin ideals.

The organization hosts World and European championships, training camps, and tournaments for adults and youth, drawing hundreds of karatekas, judges, and spectators from around the globe. By upholding the principles of openness and cooperation, KWU collaborates with international Kyokushin organizations to achieve its goal of preserving the legacy of Sosai Masutatsu Oyama and promoting the inclusion of Kyokushin in the Olympics.

Additionally, KWU offers referee courses, documents, and a development program aimed at overcoming divisions within the Kyokushin community and securing membership in the Global Association of International Sports Federations.
